This includes problems that you may be experiencing with
- no water service
- low water pressure
- issues with taste, odor or color of your water
- sewer backups
- clogged catch basins
- or wastewater odors
Streetlight complaints are also handled by the San Francisco's 3-1-1 Customer Service Center. The center has an easy-to-remember telephone number that connects residents, businesses, and visitors to Customer Service Representatives. You can get help with all of your general city government information and service needs from 3-1-1.
In addition to reporting streetlight problems to 3-1-1
iPhone owners can also take advantage to our new mobile application, StreetLightsSF. This application allows anyone with an iPhone to report streetlight issues using the app. Just click the orange streetlight icon to download the app. You must download the app from your iPhone, not from this page.
