The objective of the project is to replace the existing sewer and renovate the existing street pavement on various streets in the Downtown District. The work is to be performed in SF, CA
Bid discounts may be applied as per San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 14B. The LBE subcontracting goal is 22% and ONLY San Francisco (Local) Small & Micro-LBEs can be utilized to meet this requirement (Firms certified by SF Human Rights Commission). SFPUC-LBEs cannot be utilized to meet the 22% LBE subcontracting goal requirement. Please contact Gary Wong at 415-554-3106 for HRC related issues.
Hard copy versions of plans, specifications and bidding documents are available at 1155 Market St., 1st Floor, Contract Admin Service Desk, San Francisco, CA 94103 for a non-refundable $150fee paid by cash or by check payable to “SFPUC”. Contractors requesting plan/specs be shipped to them should send their request with the appropriate payment amount and return shipping information to: Contract Administration Bureau at 1155 Market Street, 9th floor, San Francisco, CA 94103.
